I just read this article in the Boston Herald that the octuplet-mom-turned-celebrity has turned down the offer of a free home and free childcare for all of her 14 children. I haven't been following this case closely, but after reading this article and watching Oprah's interview with Suleman's father here are a few questions that come to mind.
-How did she pay for all these IVF treatments?
-Why would a doctor approve implanting so many embryos at once?
-What is this "void" she spoke about seeking to fill in her interview with Ann Curry?
-Why would she turn down free nursing care and free housing for her 14 children when she is unemployed, on welfare, and has a house in foreclosure?

Because she is mentally unstable. This is what she wants: A new house, where she does not have to relocate. She knows if she holds out long enough people, worried about the kids will come forth. She is disgusting but she will get what she wants because she is a ratings magnet.
