I'm headed to Borders today with my birthday gift certificate to purchase this book. I heard Oprah Winfrey's overview of it in her recent Stanford Commencement Address and thought it sounded quite in sync with Martha Beck's Finding Your Own North Star which I just started reading. Daniel Pink's website looking interesting as well.
